We are available to plan and manage client's assets on a fee base. There are two basic options currently offered to our clients.

For clients seeking secured yet high returns on equity, we have investment programs in mortgage loans secured by deeds of trust. We place client's funds in mortgages with variable rates over an index. The typical interest rates are from four to six percents over the prevailing prime rate.

The other option will be investing in income producing properties, and this option is individualized to meet the objective of the client.
